Forward stride length and development, advanced edge control & coordination, agility & balance, backward c cuts, crossovers forwards/backwards, quick feet / acceleration
Shooting (45 mins)
All shots (wrist, back, slap, snap (age depending)), game realistic stickhandling
Players will average 300-400 shots per session.
